Overall UK is much more sensible about kids than the U.S. I only saw one kid, a 10-12 yr old quiet girl, in a restaurant the whole 2 weeks I was there. A place that retains manners. Heaven. Anyway, this mother is ready to take on the town council after she was told yes, the rules regarding biking in the park also apply to her son. Thinks they picked on her because she's pregant. I'm so sure.
