If any of you are frequenting another safe childfree board, devoted to those who are intentionally without children and one which its owner bans angry parents or other troublemakers (so they don't come here), please help out by putting our link into one of your posts. Don't do it if you think the owner will mind. Sometimes just saying something like "There's a good discussion about this subect at childfree2.proboards.com/index.cgi? is best.
If it's a board where you yourself are allowed to remove the link at some point in the future, that would be ideal, just in case it generated bad traffic. We used to not allow doing that for that reason, but the board is slow, and there's plenty of CF boards now so that hopefully the irate mommies can spread their ire around and not unload it all on us.
I've been improving our search engine positioning a little bit. Now if anyone does search for childfree and discussion or message it will bring us up pretty quickly, but I think we must have lost traffic by losing a link at some other board, the more I think about it. I bet someone who used to refer us a lot of traffic is gone now or taken links down or something. When I get time, I may go around and look at other boards and see who all will post links for us.
