I just got back from eating at Abuelo's. A huge party came in, probably 12-15 people, half of which were various aged children. Immediately, two huge boys that were probably 10-14 years old, instead of being seated, proceeding to grab ahold of each other and wrestle in the aisle, shouting at each other at full volume, getting mad at each other, and finally, stopping just short of a fistfight. They both actually had their fists back ready to let go. This entire time, not one person in their party acted as if they even SAW them, much less made any move to stop them. Oddly, a few minutes later, about a 7-yr-old girl from that table stood up and started jumping around, and her mother yelled at her, but no one ever said a word to the bully boys. And they looked like classic bullies, too. Just more proof that bullies mostly have parents who either approve of it or tacitly approve of it and don't try to do anything about it.
And where was the restaurant manager?? I was going to Tweet the restaurant, but they only have Facebook, so I'll just let it go rather than emailing them, which I already did some years ago for kids running and screaming.

Had it been two adults carrying on they would have been asked to leave. But when it's kids, management turns a blind eye and deaf ear.
