Patti LaBelle sued for splashing baby

Patti Labelle was apparently annoyed by a baby being left to wander in her apartment lobby, said something to the mother, they got into it, and now the self-righteous cow is suing. Notice that Labelle has not made any statements giving her side of the story yet. How do we just know it's not quite as cut and dried as the mommyhead reports.
