No it isn't funny and I'm glad no one was seriously injured. But I bet that's the last time that kid will be throwing rocks at cars.

So sad that kids are so bored they have to put other folks in danger by doing such stupid things. Obviously they have no respect for anyone's life or property. Where are the parents? Sadly, kids are left on their own so much, to do as they please, without proper guidance. I believe kids should have responsibilities, starting with keeping there rooms clean & tidy, taking garbage out, helping to prepare meals/clean-up afterwords. Simple things that can lead to more responsibility as they get older. Discipline is something else that seems to be a thing of the past. Can you even imagine what the next generation will be like??? I shudder at the thought.

Things might change back, but I hope not to where things were when I was growing up. Somewhere in the middle of what things were then and what they are now would be a good thing.

Yeah, I agree. We need intelligent discipline, preferably nonviolent. But I'm telling you, there aren't many people who grasp the concept of how to train kids. Most people either praise them for every stupid thing they do and reward them for too little or they only pay attention when they're being bad, both of which accomplishes the same thing. We need parenting classes in high school, mandatory, but they can't even agree to talk to them about sex and birth control, so.....

There are an awful lot of very closed-minded, ignorant people who think that hitting children will solve all the problems, but that only creates more problems than it will ever solve. But they are too stupid to see that.
