My housekeeper is a good person who takes care of her entire extended family, which is huge now. She told me one of her granddaughters just had her 9th kid and is still in her 20s. Her baby daddy won't let her take birth control or anything and said he'd kick her out if she did. At first I had said, Well, she must really love kids." And she said no. On top of that, he doesn't even work. We discussed it was a cultural difference, but it just really irks me that my tax dollars are supporting this couple on welfare. I don't mind supporting people who are trying to take care of themselves through social programs, but this is just ridiculous. I seriously doubt he's even a citizen. She's probably on welfare and saying she's a single mother.
This kind of thing just makes me ask myself what the hell I'm working 60 hours a week for just to live paycheck to paycheck when some cow and worthless ahole is collecting welfare check for a dozen people in one household.
